Prices include one installation fee and basic water filter, and are subject to 21 (twenty-one) percent VAT. Site survey is not covered in the installation fee. This will be charged by installation service provider separately.

Discount T's + C's

All discounted equipment is covered by a manufacturers one year parts-only warranty. Labour costs involved with issues or breakdown are not covered by the parts warranty and will be charged by your service engineer. A call-out warranty can be purchased for €800.00 for espresso machines and €200.00 for grinders and water boiler / dispenser / brewer. This will cover all issues that are not as a result of negligence or ill-treatment of equipment. There are rarely issues within the first few years with equipment, but we offer this extra warranty so you can still avail of a significant discount while also having extra peace-of-mind.

Discounts only apply to equipment that will be dedicated to brewing Roasted Brown or Contour Coffee only. We can supply you equipment at list price for use with other coffee such as guest coffee, or with the discount if you are using the equipment to showcase Roasted Brown coffees for 50% of its use.

Roasted Brown discounts apply only to Roasted Brown and Contour Coffee customers. These discounts are passed on under the agreement that prices are not disclosed to other parties. Discounts create space for the customer to put an annual preventative service contract in place so the equipment is regularly serviced and the risk of breakdown is minimised - a service contract also buys you 24/7 priority breakdown service.

If a customer ceases to buy coffee from Roasted Brown or Contour Coffee within two years, they will be required to pay the discounted amount to Roasted Brown. Discount repayment is calculated on a sliding scale as follows:

• < 6 months: 100 percent of discount required
• 6 - 12 months: 75 percent of discount required
• 12 - 18 months: 50 percent of discount required
• 18 - 24 months: 25 percent of discount required
• > 2 years: zero repayment required
